Insurance
I do not accept insurance, but will be happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Pro bono services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required for appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours.
